yum.

Discovered 101 Cookbooks last week, when I was searching for Whole Grain recipes. (Did you know that you're supposed to eat 10-11 servings of whole grains a day?? what? that's a TON.) What a great website/blog/etc. Found this recipe and tried it tonight. It was REALLY good.

The snow continues to fall and I continue to curse it, loudly, out the window. Mother Nature seems to know when I need to head to work. I'm ready for spring time. Feeling sluggish and a little blue. At least we have the Olympics! Yay for hockey and speed skating and moguls. (even though simply watching moguls makes my knees hurt.)

oooo....that does sound tasty. we eat a LOT of quinoa. thinking of starting to incorporate it in to breakfast as a hot cereal. yum. broccoli (when saturated with brown butter and lemon) and quinoa are some of the only things that clara will eat with gusto. i'll try it! i love that blog, too.

yes- I often check her blog for inspiration and will definitely try this recipe!

One of the mogul skiers was about to take off and the announcers were talking about her knee surgeries and I just cringed watching her. But amazing.
