A food photographer, i am not...but i promised Mark that i would share the pics of the meal i made last night, consisting of correctly braised kale, crispy hashbrowns, a poached egg and topped with a sprinkling of parmesan. The kale smelled like death while i was prepping it, but actually cooked up quite lovely. I promise to make another kale tower in Pittsburgh, dear Mark.

Dude, we're going to Pgh. this summer. Last weekend in July and into Aug. Will you be there yet?
