2nd place prize winners at a graduate school party! :) we won a black plastic rat, that now sits on our kitchen counter...
Paul Bunyan and Babe the blue ox were a big hit. I was mistaken for a man a few times...the best was as i was waiting in line for the women's restroom. a young girl was mad that i was standing in line, when i could simply go outside...when i removed my beard, she started laughing and gave me a high five...pretty great.

So glad that pgh is growing on you. I truly love that town and it's so fun to talk with someone who is familiar with it. You'll know it better than i will when it's all said and done!

someone asked if i was the gold miner from that rudolph raindeer movie (with the stop animation toys)...and we both laughed at how he would lick his ice pick to see if there was traces of gold on it..

In 2005 I dressed up as Paula Bunyan, sadly, my Babe the Blue Ox could not make it out...
