so, yesterday morning, i walk into the kitchen in my early-morning fog, and notice that the crockpot was on...and it smelled good..and i think 'man. i'm lucky. i have a husband who a)knows how to use a crockpot and b)is cool enough to think about the next nights dinner, the day before.' it made me smile.
But my smile quadrupled when we ate the pulled pork sandwiches on super cheap hamburger buns the next night. I had to rush out that evening, so Mark made me a quick sandwich before I left. It was the best sandwich i have ever eaten (ok...second..philly cheesesteak is still coming in first)..but, by far, the best sandwich that came from a crockpot. I will get the recipe...and maybe this will encourage me to finally make the first episode of 'cooking with mark' (insert better title here)...
so. thank you mark. here's to you. and to pork.

lucky lady indeed! carter *LOVES* the crockpot and i think its time he has a true mastery of it, with his "own" recipes to pull out on his dinner nights (instead of pulling out the thai take-out menu). please do send along the recipe so carter can make ME a sandwich. i love pork.
How crazy! I just decided I was going to make pulled pork sandwiches next weekend for my PEPS group! Do share the recipe please!!
the shot list was created this weekend...i'm currently drawing up the story board. but stay tuned for an actual video clip of mark...and heavy metal...and pulled pork.
