Success!! the prime rib was perfect..perhaps a little bloody for some folks, but dad and i knew that it was absolutely perfect. my horesradish sourcream sauce was..ok...i think i put too much worchestshire (i know. that's spelled wrong. i can't say it correctly either)...but the meat was perfect!
