Whirlwind Week...

There are weeks, where I can't believe it's Thursday, already.

Monday started out with my first challenging reading session with a student, who mid-way thru the chapter, crashed his head down on the table and said 'I can't READ!!' He stumbled on the word 'cruiser' as in 'police cruiser', which, I assured him, was kind of an odd word..but it was referring to the cop car and that he was totally READING for the previous 10 minutes (and doing great). After the breakdown, there was no turning back for the poor kid..super frustrated...i guess it can't be easy every day.

Tuesday was Mattress Factory all day. then squabbles with mark...he's in his last week of finals, so I picked the perfect time to talk about the car repairs that needed to be done. I was pretty much an "awesome" wife on tuesday.

Wednesday was dropping my poster off at Dinette; the chef seemed pleased and paid me in cash. I hope she'll put it up in the dining room (and not the office). Special thanks to Fiona, who came with, for moral support.

Thursday was Mattress again..plus working on FINALLY getting out some notes of 'nice to meet you' to potential farmers.

Tomorrow I'll wake up early and go thru the BuyLocalPA.org inbox..and try to help Google find rural addresses.

The countdown has begun to the California trip...cannot wait.
