Pedal Pale Ale Bike Ride...

Lindsay, Mark and I all met on our bikes at East End Brewing, to follow Scott, the head brewer, as he pedaled the first keg of Pedal Pale Ale to an undisclosed location. Our reward was a free pint of beer! Little did we know, that 450 other bicyclists thought it sounded like a good idea...it was an awesome 'critical mass enthusiasts/beer enthusiasts/bicycle enthusiasts' mixture of peeps as we pedaled throughout town. Special thanks to Jess (who we picked up along the way!) for letting me borrow her alan wrench, to prevent my handle bars from falling off!

Click here for a shot from the gigapan camera that was there!

The keg trailer.

Gearing up.

Fun with Shannon's child size helmet.

Crossing the Hot Metal Bridge to the southside.

Gah! In high school marching band, I was the one who had the privilege of wearing the big hat out of 100+ people. Top 1% of head sizes, I am!
